Ένας σεισμός στο όνειρο τραντάζει το ίδιο το έδαφος πάνω στο οποίο το εγώ νομίζει ότι στέκεται, αποκαλύπτοντας έναν απωθημένο φόβο απώλειας στηρίγματος και τάξης. Μπορεί να σηματοδοτεί την πίεση από επί μακρόν συσσωρευμένες ορμές ή συγκρούσεις που τώρα ανοίγουν δρόμο με βία προς την επιφάνεια.
